ROSTRAVER – Rep. Justin Walsh (R-Westmoreland) today announced he is holding his second annual Senior Health and Wellness Expo on Thursday, Oct. 4, at the Rostraver Central Volunteer Fire Department.

“Attendees at last year’s expo appreciated having a wide variety of information available in one location,” Walsh said. “I’m hopeful this year’s event is as helpful. Whether you are a senior citizen or have a loved one who is getting older, the expo offers something for everyone. I hope to see you there.”

The expo is free to attend and will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The fire department is located at 1100 Fells Church Road, Rostraver Township.

More than 30 local, state and federal agencies and organizations will be offering information on programs and services available to seniors. Flu shots will be available, but an insurance card is required. Free blood pressure and hearing screenings also will be offered.

For more information, contact Walsh’s offices at (724) 929-2655 or (724) 542-0349, or visit his website at
