Concealed Carry Seminar
Rep. Justin Walsh is hosting a seminar about Pennsylvania’s concealed carry laws and the Castle Doctrine.

The Westmoreland County Mobile Unit will be onsite to issue new and renew firearm permits to Westmoreland County residents. Valid photo identification and $20 in cash or check are required.
